Description: Ruth's Chris Steak House equals steak perfection, grilling up USDA Prime steaks on scorching hot plates to guarantee a mouthwatering bite every time. Ruth’s Chris holds nine Tastemaker dinners per year. These are specialty dinners, chef-curated and paired with wines or spirits per course. I LOVE champagne so when my dad suggested we go for a daddy/daughter night to the World's Best Champagnes TasteMaker Dinner, I was in! (Crazy fact: my dad is such a fixture at Ruth’s Chris that he has a nameplate there. Not joking). So this was a fun daddy/daughter night with incredible food, champagne, and the fabulous team at Ruth’s Chris.
Tips & Hacks: No deals to be had here, but my best tip: hang out with my dad- he knows EVERYONE. The entire team is amazing and works hard to make it a memorable night.

Don’t Miss: The prime steak with chimichurri was outstanding, as was a surprising side-dish- perfectly crisp and tender asparagus spears. But this was a champagne dinner, and without question, the star of the show was Veuve Clicquot Grande Dame, 2015. It was so delicious, paired perfectly with the Filet Mignon and Crab, but it stole the show. The pour was generous, but I absolutely wanted another glass.
Meh, Skip it: Don’t skip it. I can’t wait until next year!
